Unsolicited Package or Notification of Shipment?

Welcome and thanks for checking in. One of the many services we provide to our clients is semi- to fully-automated, comprehensive shipping service (shipping consolidator/package forwarder). Got a knock for a package pickup? We also arrange courier pickups and returns on our clients’ behalves. Why? Our negotiated rates are low, plus we save clients the hassle of comparing rates and preparing shipments. We’re also directly connected to speedy shipping networks. In sum, clients pass savings onto you while also decreasing shipping time by using our services!

If you received a package or notification of shipment with our company’s information, please note that it is most likely from one of our clients who is using our comprehensive shipping solution. Typically, there will be some indication(s) on the label and e-mail notification that the shipment is from another company (our client) even though it shows our information and/or address. For instance, in an email, look for a reference field, PO number, invoice number or similar unique marking. Likewise, you’ll also find such identifiers in the online tracking information for most UPS and FedEx packagesโ€“and upon delivery, one or more references fields typically appear on the label. N.b.: In rare cases, clients will directly ship on their own to make use of our rates, rather than use our comprehensive, full service solution.

When you do receive your shipment, please be sure to inspect the contents or packing slip to confirm that your order was indeed from the company you expected.

If there is any issue with delivery/in-transit affairs (e.g., incomplete tracking information, cannot find the item, late arrival, mis-delivery, wish to attempt delivering to new address, etc.), please contact us. Include all relevant information when contacting us to ensure a prompt and accurate resolution on the first attempt.

However, if there is an issue post-delivery (e.g., with the contents, need to return, etc.), please instead first contact your business partner because they will have much more knowledge of the package, its contents, return instructions, etc. than us.

If you fail to reach them, you may contact us to investigate information about the shipment, such as: what company sent it, from where, approximate delivery, request us to contact the company on your behalf, etc. However (and again), please first contact the company from which you’re expecting a delivery first, as this will expedite your resolution.

Also, most of our clients also make use of our shipping return services and outbound shipment services. If the business agrees upon a return or wishes to transport something from your company to theirs, you’ll likely receive an email from us with return/dispatch options.

Thank you for visiting, and we appreciate your cooperation!
