  • ACH/EFT direct deposit (“ACH push” or “EFT push”) with no additional fee.
  • ACH/EFT direct debit (a.k.a. “ACH pull” or “EFT pull”) with no additional fee.
  • Note: All ACH/EFT transaction types are faster, more affordable, more secure, easier for accounting purposes, and more environmentally-friendly than traditional paper checks.
  • E-checks (e.g., Deluxe) – Note: e-Check payments are ONLY accepted if agreed upon in advance due to many reasons, including the delays in deposits and unreasonably high fees for electronic conversion. Also, e-Check payment must be timely within our agreed upon payment window or else our default terms of NET30. You may not issue the e-check at a date beyond the agreed upon due date.
  • Wire transfer: With prior arrangements before work begins only, business clients may elect to pay via wire transfer(s). We accept inbound, domestic transfers via FedWire—the Federal government’s nearly-instant, bank-to-bank money transfer network. Client is responsible for any and all fees associated with the wire transfer, not limited to: our receipt of the wire (what our bank charges us to receive it) -and- client’s fees for sending the wire.
  • Credit card, with prior arrangements before work begins only: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and/or AMEX; including corporate payment cards and procurement cards. A credit card surcharge may apply: if applicable, it’s typically 1.6% to 3.5% per transaction).
  • Note: Please see our full payment policy and terms page. Nothing in the above or below overview shall be construed to- nor shall actually supersede anything under The Unified Policy. Terms within The Uniform Policy shall prevail over any and every entry on each and every page or post on this website.

Other Payment Terms – Businesses Only

Direct debit authorization: We must have your written approval to pull funds from your account. Please call or email to request our EFT authorization form. You get to choose between a one-time or ongoing EFT direct debit arrangement. For instance, with a one-time authorization form, we process the exact amount that you authorize on the exact date you authorize (only when and only for how much you specify). We do this by using your banking routing and account numbers and process via NACHA’s automated clearinghouse (“ACH”) system.

Paper check conversion: We reserve the right to convert your paper check(s) to electronic transfers (e.g., EFT). Your authorization is generally not required. This conversion is pursuant, in part, to the Federal Check 21 Act. In the event that your circumstances require written or verbal authorization for conversion, we will contact you–or you may contact us in advance to approve paper-to-electronic check conversion.
