Customers: This Service is NOT Yet Available & Is Pending Official Review
Thank you for your interest in passport acceptance facility services! We remain in contact with the U.S. Department of State to qualify as a passport facility; however, these services remain unavailable to-date. We will notify you, via a post here, as DoS continues evaluating.
About Passports for International Travel
Renewing a US Passport via DS-82 or filing for your first passport via DS-11 can be confusing, even for pros–not to mention the many additional forms you may need. Let our Notary Public accept- and process your U.S. Passport application or U.S. passport renewal! Here’s a snapshot of our services (pending final review by the Department of State)…
- Provide you a specific form from a broad selection. While we cannot offer specific advice as to which form(s) you need, we have many common and some less common forms available on-site. You can pick which one(s) you think you need. If you need help, you can contact DoS or an attorney.
- Witness your signature. As a notary public, we can witness you signing your passport application (DS-11, typically) or U.S. passport renewal (DS-82, typically)
- Accept your required supporting documents. You may need to provide a birth certificate, marriage license, your old passport, etc. They must be “accepted” by a specific entity, like an agent of a Passport Acceptance Facility.
- Accept your photograph. We’re unable to take photographs for you, but you’re required to provide at least one (two is best) with your application or renewal.
- Package your documents. We will combine your form(s) (like DS-82), your various documents, and your photo and place them into one package for shipment to the correct U.S. Department of State’s National Passport Processing Center (“NPPC”) address.
- Ship your documents. If you allow us to process Acceptance for you, we can also ship the package for you to the correct NPPC address. There are multiple NPPC addresses, so it’s important to ensure you have the right one–we can help. Further, there is a dedicated PO Box for Expedited Applications.
- Expedite Processing & Expedite Shipping. These are three separate things. We can Accept your Expedited Processing fee; we can ship your package via USPS® Priority Mail Express® (or Priority Mail® 1-Day®) service; and we can show you where you select Express shipping for once your passport is processed and returned to you. You can pick-and-choose from these options. It’s not necessary to choose them all.
Save time, money, and headache by letting us Accept your American Passport Application for a speedy return of your US Passport! You’ll avoid headache with the NPPC and NPIC.
Get it right the first time
By letting us Accept your application, you’re trusting that we competently and throughout review the forms and documents. And it’s Accepted by our Notary Public–catching errors is key to that office. Thus, you’ll confidently submit your application completely and correctly the first time: avoid delays or need follow up with the Department of State or the National Passport Processing Center (NPPC). No long hold times on the phone with the National Passport Information Center (NPIC).
We’ll Provide Prepaid, Pre-addressed Shipping Labels & Package and Ship for You! (At your cost).
If you use our services, we’ll also make sure your passport application or renewal packet is packaged correctly and safely. You’ll pay for the the outbound shipping label (postage), but we’ll pack it and ship it for you! We suggest Priority Mail Express® service, and you can also choose First-Class Mail® package service or traditional Priority Mail® service. Plus, you can add Certified Mail® and an optional Return Receipt to ensure your documents are noticed and received. All of these services offer full tracking from acceptance at the Post Office® through delivery to the National Passport Processing Center (“NPPC”).
If you elect our complete solution with shipping, you’ll just pay a nominal fee for postage (plus any other elections like Signature Confirmation, Insurance, Certified Mail®, and/or Return Receipt). We will print the shipping label and apply it to your package for you: our professional, digital labels exceed industry standards, making them more reliable than handwritten options or even than the Post Office® itself! We will also hand-deliver your passport application package to the Post Office® directly and obtain a receipt for you. This ensures accountability vs. just depositing in the mail stream. For a very modest fee, we can also get you a Postmark and send you a PDF image of the acceptance scan and of the Postmark.
If electing Certified Mail®, we prefer Return Receipt Electronic (over paper return receipt “Green Cards”) for many reasons, including that it’s available within minutes to hours after delivery (whereas a regular “Green Card” return receipt must flow through the regular mail stream and can even get easily lost). RRE includes a digital image of the signature sent to you as a PDF. You must send via Certified Mail® to receive any kind of return receipt.
Signature options: If you decide Certified Mail® with Return Receipt/Electronic isn’t right for you, you can pair Signature Confirmation® service with any of our shipping options. Priority Mail Express® service includes complimentary Signature Confirmation®. Traditional Priority Mail® does not include a signature, so there is an added fee.
BOTH types of Priority Mail® include $100.00 of complimentary insurance, but First-Class Mail®, including Certified Mail®, require additional postage for insurance. We will evaluate the value of your package and suggest the exact amount of insurance that’s best for you. USPS® allows for you to claim document reproduction/recovery fees. So if you paid for, say, a birth certificate certified copy, marriage certificate, or other, then you’ll receive that fee. You can also claim the cost of our production and shipping services, so you’d receive a full refund of our modest charges. If there is a mistake on our end, we’ll fix it at no cost to you!* If the mistake is on your end, we’ll typically waive additional production fees and just charge you for the postage and handling.*
Note on shipping services/couriers: The National Passport Processing Center (“NPPC”) only accepts mail via the United States Postal Service® (USPS®). We always prefer private couriers such as UPS, but the NPPC receives its mail at a PO Box®. ONLY the USPS® is allowed to deliver to any PO Box®. That’s why proper packaging is critical! Let a pro handle it–us!
Other Services: We can provide you special forms for special circumstances for you to complete
- DS-60: Affidavit Regarding a Change of Name
- DS-5504: Correction, Name Change To a Passport Issued 1 Year Ago or Less, and Limited Passport Replacement
- Consular Report of Birth Abroad
- and other forms or special written oaths, affidavits, and acknowledgments
You’ll have to consult an attorney for legal questions. But when you’re ready to move on, our in-house Notary Public can execute these special forms. That’s important because a Notary’s signature is required for many of these forms: The Post Office® doesn’t typically have a Notary, and they’re not allowed to sign these kinds of affidavits for you. Your local/county Clerk of Courts may be able to, although they may charge a fee per notarization. So skip the extra steps and have it done in one fell swoop with us!

Passport Expeditors Don’t Deliver: We Do!
Don’t be enticed or fooled by so-called “passport expeditors.” The Department of State explicitly calls out these sharks for deceptive practices. The ONLY way to receive an expedited passport is via an appointment at one of a handful Passport Agencies (different from a Passport Facility). We don’t gauge you–it’d be unfair and unprofessional to do so. However, we do guarantee that we’ll get it right the first time by reviewing all of your documents and by helping you choose a comfortable mailing option.* Other services charge $170-500+ for their fake services. We charge fair rates for equivalent service.
*Some exclusions apply. Some error resolutions are only on a case-by-case basis. If we waive fees, you may need to pay shipping, unless you shipped with Insurance -and- received approval for the claim. Our general terms apply.
